    I only fish on days of the week that end with
    a "Y" ...and then, only if it's raining or not.

    spread mustard over top side,a little lemon pepper sesoning,a little salt on a well oiled cookie sheet then in the oven @ 425 for around 10 min. are so, yum yum good
