    Default how many?

how many of you remove the pin bones from your fillets? i do the same with bass. the last part of the filleting is a thin slice out of the middle, removing the row of pins.

All it will take is watching one child being rushed to the ER and you will no why. True they are very small and cooking usually disolves them. Usually, but not ALWAYS.

I guess I've been fortunate. I don't clean big crappies, so maybe that's part of it, but I sure do eat a lot of them. Who knows, could be my next bite... We'll find out tomorrow.
