    Default a few fingerlakes crappie

the fall bite is just around the corner , tried a few spots the last few nights , drop offs , going from 6ft to 20 ft very quickly , seem to be near bottom, caught 30 or so tonight, only 10 keepers , great to be out,file://localhost/Users/gretaledgerwood/Desktop/2012-08-30_21-32-04_542.jpg

Where are you fishing? Seneca River is my next stop. Gonna try some old tricks, I haven't used in awhile.

I work in Canandaigua. Do you know any good spots on the North end. The Spillway behind Wegman's is good in the sping, but gets weedy really quick. Also overrun by small sunnies.
I mostly fish from my kayak, it lets me slip into spots most boats can't reach.

Best of luck to you and have a great weekend.
