    Default Long time LURKER, but finally HOOKED!


    Hello all,

    I've been reading this forum (among a few others) and I finally caved in to registering. I used to fish for a variety of species in the Midwest (South Dakota) and I'm now in the big state of Texas (Austin & San Antonio area) where I mainly fish for bass, crappie, and catfish.

    I have mainly fished off banks/dams/etc.. but I have gone out with friends who own boats and that brings a whole new level of excitement. Currently in the process of looking for a good used aluminum boat that isn't too gas hungry (kind of like the Tracker 175 - or other boats that compare to it from G3, Lowe, Xpress, Alumnacraft).

    If you know anyone selling a semi-new (2007+) alumunium boat in the TX area, let me know!
