    What is your favorite rod (length, action, reel size, line weight) for casting 1/16 jigs?

    I like the Wally Marshall Signature series 7ft one piece rod it is the sweet heart !

    Ive gotten Hooked on 6' rod with your 1000 size reel, I used a 5'6 with a 750 or 500 for years but swear ever since my friend got me fishing a 6' rod with a bigger reel I can cast a 1/16 with 4lb test a country mile.
