    Soak fillets in lemon juice for a few hours drain put on plate sprinkle with lemon pepper on both sides put in baking pan with two sticks of melted butter and bake till they flake.The last time i made it i also added chunks of imitation crab meat and a touch of garlic it is awesome served with brown rice.

    Bugman that sound good, how many fillets? I'm thinking several with that much butter.

    350 worrks for me but with those slabs in your neck of the woods you might need to crank it up a bit.
