Thumbs up Yep looks like they work.

I was following the previous thread on this subject as I along with a couple of the other nc board guys are looking to build some pvc trees.I understand from reading that the water depth is crucial. What is the maximum depth that they are effective. The water in our home lakes is muddy at times but otherwise pretty clean. Not what I would call clear , but not stained black as I've heard other lakes described on here. Also do you give any credit to the painted black theory to absorb more heat from the sunlight?I know algae grows pretty fast one white stuff though as it reflects the light instead of absorbing it and the algae needs light obviously. How much do those hubs cost?I might even use the hubs to make some natural brush balls with some oak limbs if it was cost effective. Thanks in advance for any reply....E.

I've always liked that saying. Some would beg to differ but I'm really not that paranoid myself.
