I haven't used it in a while but thought I would rig it on a 1/16 oz jig and Beetle Spin.
Crappie and bass ate it. I've modified the tails, making them shorter and reattaching them
to the body using a candle flame. That way the legs are thin and straight back.
They also worked well without the Beetle Spin.

The colors that worked were bluegill (clear with green, blue & blk flake), pearl and black.
I colored the chartreuse bait with motor oil on one side and caught fish. (no red tail)

Haven't used that one but I've used (and had good success with) one they call a "turkey's foot grub. It's about the same as your photo except that the ends of the tails are split into two short (1/8") sections that look like a turkey's foot. I've got it in dark green body with chartreuse tails.

I'm suprised Bass Pro still sells them after all these years. Like yours, I guess double straight tails still work!
