Default New to me Tracker 175 xt

I just got a bass tracker 175 xt.......any suggestions on what to add or modify because I am going to have to replace carpet and it would be a good time to do any mods I would think.

not familiar with the xt, but I have an 04 pt175, I've put a driftmaster T bar for 2 rods on the bow, and going to put single on the left side beside the front seat on the casting deck. I also put a 2nd FF up front as well off the TM. GL with the mods and hope you enjoy.

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

If not already installed - get an on-board battery charger. Best invention since the trolling motor:D

Amen to the onboard charger, my buddy fishes a tracker, great boat, kinda skinny on the front, so to fish two side by side he put arm rests on the outside of each chair, also if ur gonna spider rig, mount ur trolling motor right down the center so as not to disturb ur racks or poles when moving

All good advice so far. Don't be in a rush to do the carpet til you fish it a few times and make sure that it's all the way you want it. Patience....... I had an aluminum 16' and had a hard time in the wind. A good TM is a must have item. Ever heard of anyone wishing they had a smaller TM?

May want to consider a water separator. Enjoy your new boat.

What is a water seperator? I know it sounds stupid, is it like a fuel filter or something? And trolling motors are expensive but very important I know
