    Default line counter reels

I have never pulled crank baits. Can someone clue me in on what type to buy? Maybe a few pointers on pulling them. Thanks for all the help.

Most folks that do this are using Okuma 20's. That brand is a good one and not real spensive! I use only Diawa's LC15's. Cost a little more but I like the counter setup

I use Okuma 15s pulling Bandits. The thread mentioned above is in the Mississippi Forum in the stickies at the top of the page. I learned a bunch from there and still go back to check when I need a pointer.

I went with the Okuma Magda 15's to be sure that pulling cranks was for me without spending a fortune. I will upgrade to the Diawa 17 series when I decide I "need" new gear.

Don't try to throw your baits with the 15's or you could get your line caught behind the spool.
