To Everyone who replyed,
Thank you very much for your help! It ony further proves in one of my believes that I tell my children, you are never to old to learn something new, everyday. The color and size of lures along with minnows on slip bobbers all sound great. The retrieve (slow), I am going to work hard on.On good days, if I start cathing fish, They sometimes turn off on me. I have credited that to the fish having moved out, which in some cases they probably have. After the great replies and reading the info provided on the message board I think what is happening, I get exciting after catching fish and start reeling in a 100 miles an hour. Generally speaking, cold cold water fish are lethargic. I would assume slow is a go. Thanks again.

Good day, Good luck and God Bless.
