They need a crane to pull their head out then. They can stuff it far as I am concerned. Peoples lives matter.
I've posted several photos taken today on KY and Barkley Lakes. The lakes are reaching new record levels each hour and won't crest for another day or so.
Some folks here seem to have their drawers in a wad about regional interest threads being posted on the main forum so I posted these on the KY Forum. Check them out.

Tom, I agree but put them over there anyway.
On a good note, Wiskers and all his neighbors at Big Bear apparently got their campers and gear moved. Terry was pretty stressed since he is stuck on the towboat for a couple more weeks. He's probably tied up to a cell somewhere on the Cumberland if they can find one above water.
They are sandbagging homes and businesses here in Benton right now due to the heavy rains we are getting now combined with Clarks River backing way up from the Tennessee. This is some serious crap!

I talked to Terry yesterday. His boat was struggling to get 3mph upstream with 12 barges loaded.

I talked to my brother who works for the Vicksburg Corps of engneers and said the Mississippi River is going to crest in 2 or 3 weeks at record levels and it's going to be ugly.
