    Hows it going ohio,
    I met this girl and she really wants to go crappie fishing and i want to take her some where where can catch alot of fish and make it exciting for her any buddy have any ideas?

    Its a little early yet for the crappie to be real active and in the shallows feeding getting ready for spawn. I would target buckeye indian shallow lakes that are not very deep would be best right now. Have heard of a few being caught at buckeye ocean. Catfish hiting as well there.

    It's not too early to catch crappies. I got these sunday in 5 ft water. I'm up north of you, just east of y-town, in Pa.

    the crappies at alum were on last week.. not the big slabs though.. they were suspending in 10+ft of water.. 6 ft under my float..
    all came on orange jigs tipped with minnies..
