I was out today in the current breaks lookin for them and never caught any whitbass. With our river systems up and flowing around here and water starting to warm more something got to break soon.
I found them in the headwaters of Nolin Lake. Put in at wax and found moving water about 4 miles upriver. Caught a dozen or so casting small spoons. That was last week right before the last big rain. They should really turn on at any point.
