Started with snow and now it's turned to freezing rain and then it's supposed to turn back to heavy snow, think I'll stay right in the house

I made it to church this morning and came home to watch the Steelers. After the game put new reels on my spider rig poles. Got new line and all rigged up and ready to go. I figured that was my best options for the day..

I'm off tomorrow supposed to have a -11 wind chill first thing in the morning and there isn't anyway I'm getting out in that. I don't feel like becoming a popsicle. I wish anybody the best of luck who is going.

Not today.....Wind chill -15 in north west MO. Next week I'll be back in southern MS and will be fishing 3 days a week.

Ridiculous winds down here as well...not as cold as some of our northern guys but jeez. I'll be at the tying bench not on the lake, thanks. :D

A long time ago, in a decade far, far in the past USED to be "all weather, day/ night attack"....did mention that was along time ago? Plus have a good woman now who is apparently saner than myself; "What do you MEAN you wanna go ice fishing at 4AM till after dawn!!? Here, let me help you pack your stuff!" Sound familar, anyone?

Got a good amount of snow dumped on us in southern illinois this morning. Lake will be locked up for a few days! Gonna be a long winter if this keeps up! lol!
