Caught 27 keepers today
Caught 42 and had 27 keepers....fishing at Grenada, caught most of them at 1'-2' deep in the thick tops and grass clumps, using a glow chartruese body with a red head jig. Also caught some at 7' on some deep brush. .....then the rain set in a little after lunch. Anyway got a good mess of fillets for supper. :D

I caught 22 keepers thursday 25 wednesday. 12 to 15 feet down on channel breaks with brush in 24 ft of water to 15 feet of water.I am in ne kansas.Early morning is majic time then slows down around 1000am.
Water surface temp is 40.

The water temps ranged from 48-53 this morning, most of the fish seemed to like the 51-53 range. Wednesday the water temps were the same as yours and I caught 14 small fish (7" -9") and 1 fish that was 11". Today I had several 12" fish and 3 over 13 1/2".Originally Posted by J White
