    Default Fished Douglas on Thursday February 2nd


    We fished on Douglas again yesterday. The water level was down some from what is was on Monday. The crappie had dropped of into deeper water 10-12 feet. Only caught 19 keepers trolling. It was covercast and cold all day.Started raining about 4:30 PM. Caught what fish we did on Blakemore Rooadrunners.

    Where were you trolling? My uncle fished Nina Wednesday, he called and said they were about 10 boats out there and no one was doing much good.

    Looks like the weekend weather is going to be bad. :-(

    fished douglas friday had a good day we had 18 keeper crappie and 1 keeper sauger didn't find fish till 12: pm
    caught all the between 12:30 and 4:00pm caught probably 30 throw backs used pink jigs tipped with minnows 11-12 ft deep on flats
