Thumbs up put the winnings to use today.....(THANKS SLAB!!!!)

went out with jeepguy jr today to put all our new goodies to use, ones slab sent for winning the article contest. as always had a ball. didnt catch anything real big, found some ok keeper size. caught a mixed bag of blacks & whites, short and legal fish, some where around 80 total, 20 mph winds and cold front coming in made boat control a little tricky, but like I said above great time. jr wore his new "lucky hat" all day and actually let me catch one or two on the new "camo pole" as he calls it :D. great way to spend a teacher in service day with the little guy. jr was really excited over all the new fising toys and had alot of fun, same with me also. thanks again SLAB for putting up such great prizes. I have to say B'n'M knocked it out of the park with the brush cutter, very nice rod. on a side note we purchased some Hi-teks and have used them 2 times now, also a very nice product. any way pics below, have a great weekend all, God bless you and yours.

Yea we been in the 90s here in Ohio, going from 90 fri to 70s saturday, I'm ready for fall all ready.

When I mentioned Hi-teks on my 1st post I was referring to the t-bar style holder, probably wasn't clear on that, we used em till the wind made it impossible to control the boat good enough.
