    Default Crappie Stew

Next time you have fried crappie, cook about twice as much as you think you will eat. Then ..................

1-2 quarts of tomatoes (cooked down)
    2-4 stalks of celery (diced)
    1-2 medium onions (diced)
    1-2 bell peppers (diced)
    1-3 cloves of garlic (diced)
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Red pepper to taste
Table spoon or so of parsley
Any thing else you like to eat.... corn, peas, okra, etc.

Combine all ingrediant in a large pan and cook until a thick stew has formed. This may take a couple hours on simmer. Complete dish by crumbling and adding all left over fried fish. Serve over rice!!!!!!!! (Use any kind of fish you want and call it "Crappie Stew," "Catfish Stew," "Striper Stew," Etc.) Enjoy.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left.

I think the gumbo would call for uncooked fish and maybe some shrimp or creole crab/shrimp boil. JUst my 2 cents...

Either way that sounds GREAT!!! Keep the coming!!!
