    Default July Talquin Trip

Carried the grandboys (and Wife) to Talquin last week for a few days. Caught lots of Bream, Cats, one Bass and 2 Crappie. Here is a few pictures .......Notice the bigger Crappie (10.00003 inches but we did not keep) was caught trolling a rattle trap.......I know.

Now that's the smiles I am talking about. How big was your smile (proud grandpa)? Are you teaching them the tricks of guiding on Talquin. Bet they will give you plenty of competion in a few years.

Always nice to see the sport pasted on to the younger generation.

See you in the fall. Maybe you can share a few tricks with this old dog.
