    Default Kudos For Carlos

When I bought my new Blue Wave last March I decided to keep my old one and let Carlos Duggan, a long-time friend, use it for guiding. He'd been doing some guding out of an older, smaller boat but really needed something bigger and more stable.

I was doing two-trips a day or full-day trips nearly every day for weeks on end during the spring and fall and wanted to cut back some. I was also giving away a lot of trips that I couldn't take because I was booked up, which wasn't very smart.

Well, it's been a "Win-Win" situation so far. Carlos has been showing folks a great time, putting them on plenty of quality fish and most importantly making them all want to come back to fish with him again. And, he's making me money!

Carlos turned 70 last spring and I keep telling him he can take off whenever he wants but he never wants to so I keep booking trips for him. He's done over 80 trips since the first of March.

Here are a few of his stringers:

Jerry, I'll bet Carlos kept his little boat.. I really enjoyed meeting him and fishing next to him when Texas Jimmy & I were down a couple of years ago..He is one nice man..

Glad to see you doing well and was wondering if anyone else had caught a bucket crappie bigger than Jimmy's...:D:D

    Hey Don:

Texas Jimmy still has the record for the largest Pee Buequet ever caught on Lake Greeson.
