Tree Tops at Oconee

HI, I went with a friend of mine, yesterday to Oconee to fish tree tops. We tried some docks, but didn't have much luck. We kept 45 Fish. We had a little breeze, that help with the heat. The fish were biting real lite. They just wasn't hit the jigs very hard. If we would have caught ,all the ones that hit the jigs, we probably would have had 2 limits.

LM358, sounds like your trip wasnt too shabby either...with 45 fish to take home. I would guess all bites this time of the year would be real light unless it's a very small one. For some reason they seem to want to slam a bait. Congrats on a good trip.

I think that some of the bites we were getting, could have been bream, because we did catch some small bream.

brem or small cats . that is all i cought last saturday on the river . the cats wer small sone to small to keep.the large cats are bedding in june and the large brem probabley still bedding .
