Default Clyde fishing videos for the newbies...

I finally got my youtube account straight. Here is my robot catching a fish. There were over 50 people watching. Had to split into 2 videos because of size restraints.

This r/c boat is 8 foot long and the robot (Clyde) is about 5 foot tall. The video was filmed from a boat on July 4, 2005. Hard to keep the camera still.

My hobby and kids like this stuff.

    Enjoy.

    Good question.

I checked with TWRA. They were somewhat puzzled at first, but, decided Clyde to be considered a water toy. The only license required was the one who took the fish off the hook had to have a fishing license.

I took about two years to build. It was built from scraps. The boat was donated by a member here. Lots of the members here followed along as we built it.

This was a school project funded my myself and donors here.

I am still as amazed as the first time I saw it. So do you have any new gadgets in the works?

Can he filet and fry his catch, serve it, and bring a cold beer to wash it down?

Really cool stuff, CP. As I've told many of my fishing friends, you do better goofin around than I can do when I try. More in the future, I hope?
