The work is done and the boat is in the water, Grab the rods and lets go...
We got some keepers and put alot of small ones back. I think the biggest thing is I'm starting to teach my son how to fire up the motor and get us close to home if something happens with me...After fishing at the other end of the lake I stopped and said ...You ready to drive it... He couldn't wait to get in the seat!
After pulling the cord 10 times it started up! I asked " You want me to do it for you?"..." Nope I can get it !!!" so he got it going... Now the " I can't see over the front!! " and me saying " Push left it goes to the right" and always keep it in neutral when you start it or you could end up in the water... and so on..
" Dad did I do OK "...Yes very good !! Couldn't wait to tell his friends and Mom!!! and It was her idea... Still got nervous but getting there. Now I can't wait to have a hunting partner in a few years, Someone elses time to push the deer. Pics later...
Cool pics!!! ... thanks for the share.
Have you been out since the pics? If so, how did you fare?

Yea, it's time to get him starter. After all, we're getting older and in a few years it'll be nice to just drive to the lake and watch him do all the work.:D
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
