    Default What's for Dinner

Y'all tempt me from time to time with pics of your catch moments before consumption. Guess it's my turn. These were some fillet's caught with my Brother just after Easter. The Wife is out of town, and my Daughter is used to my cooking. Room temp fillet's with garlic and herb and a very light Italian seasoning, broiled until the thick part of the fillet flakes easily. Served on a bed of yellow rice and Broccoli w/cheese sauce and a tasty Livation made for an excellent dinner. Daughter looked at me when She finished and said"FDH". Fat, Dumb and Happy. Kinda sez it all. Oh yeah, 30 minutes from start to finish.
