    Default top crappie lakes

What do you consider the top five crappie lakes in the U.S.? I have fished Weiss Lake, Kentucky Lake and Reelfoot Lake. I consider these tops. Wondering what other lakes I should put on my bucket list?:D:D

Grenada, Ross Barnett, Chotard/Albamare (Oxbow off Miss River), Sardis and Arkabutla are a few of the most famous crappie lakes in Mississippi. The world Record White Crappie came from Enid, Mississippi in the 1950's. I have only crappie fished in Miss so limit on my view but I do know that folks travel from all around to fish the lakes I listed.

In-Fisherman says Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid and Grenada are where you have the best chance at a big one... They are on my bucket list.

Jim, you have a lake much closer to you than those you named but it's a secret. It's called Roosevelt.
