Default Bream Are Biting Great on Blackshear

Finally got the chance to carry my dad out for a little bream fishing. We found 2 spots that had some good size bluegills. We cought maybe 75 or 80 but kept only 40 of them. Was useing crickets under a float and fishing about 18inches. Even cought a few shell cracker with them.

Will have to agree... We have been the last 2 weekends and have done really well. Found fish both times on the bed. Going back this weekend and hope they are still bedding. We usually fish up the river.Crickets and worms...:D

My son and I have had a lot of action the last few weeks on Lanier with some small bettlespins. Tons of agressive bream and some crappie too.
