Almost limited out today. Fish are smaller. Heavy wind and boat traffic made it hard to shoot docks. Went back to trolling after lunch. AP did it's job in the wind. Caught fish in 7 and up to 25 feet. Color did not matter. I was near Reynolds. Heard Sugar was good early. Move around.

    Good Reports,

Fished Sat morning about 3 hrs in Rocky, kept 19 then Grandson came and we put in about 5 and fished 2hr and kept 22 in Double Branches, only boat there. Lots of pine tree and oak blooms and trash in the water everywhere, just fished where we could. Jig color didn't much matter and caught fish from 1ft to 10ft, scattered everywhere, 75% males, ladies are in deeper water but moving in again. Bubble Gum/Chart, Walley World, White/Chart, FireTruse??, Black/Chart etc. Lots of culling small fish.

Went Saturday morning with my 6 yr old grandaughter from 7:30 to 11:00. Kept 25. Fished in a small cove near the Big Bend of the the River. The crappie seem to be moving around a good bit. Hear one day and gone somewhere else tomorrrow and then back again. After that she had her first experience in driving the boat. We went down to the dam and just had a good ride. She's a darling.

PapaDog, sounds like you are building some great memories for that baby and also yourself. You are a good man and that baby will remember you all of her life.

I enjoy being around her. Great personality, sings a lot and if she hangs a good one she says "This is a heavy one Papa, get the net".
