    Default New to PA


    Hi everyone, I just moved to the Harrisburg area in PA from Nashville. I use to live in Colo. and loved to fish for crappie there. If any of you can give me information on lakes around the Harrisburg area that are good for crappie fishing I would really appreciate it. Also when does the spawn usally start around here. Thanks

    The PA board is deader than a doornail about now. But it should pickup come spring time. I'm in PA, but on the NY border, more than 3 hours north of Harrisburg. So I can't be much help to you. There's a fellow, Big Zig, who's from down state, maybe you could PM him and get some info. For now, go to the PA forum and go thru the archives, you should get some useful info there.
