If you're going to be in that neck of the woods, Waneta and Lamoka lakes (West side of Schuyler County) both have crappie. The launch is at the bridge over the channel that connects them - one launch for each lake on opposite sides of the road. That might be the ticket.
If you have Google Earth on your computer, you can copy the "code" below to a text file (use Notepad) and save it as filename.kml. With Google Earth installed, you should be able to double click on it and have Google Earth open and take you to the location of the launch on the map.
