Finally got a boat but I don't know the area that well and need someone to point me in the right direction for a few good slabs. I have fished Mikes river (branch of the pearl) and had some success and have fished the upper Jordan a few times and caught nothing. Are there any other good crappie hole in the area? I live in Diamondhead Ms and would really love to find some good spots close to home.

If you post this on the Miss. board I'll bet you get a lot of good answers.

Howdy Crimson. One lake you may want to check out is Flint Creek located in Wiggins, MS. Take hwy 49 north to Wiggins and follow the signs. I used to fish it when I was in school at USM. It's about 500 acres or so. Good luck
