GIF expert needed

Is there anyone on c.c who can make this water move (java appelette??) and send me the GIF file or create something like this with moving water and PM it to me? I would really appreciate a few scenes like this. Thanks.

I think the way Slab has this site set up...there is no provision for animated attachments or attachments with motion. I think his reasoning for this is...it ties up too much bandwidth. Your gif file if it has motion, may work on some sites and not on others.

Well I just copied Ships gif and tried it on another site and it works the water is moving.

Your right and I was wrong........Animation or motion is not allowed in the avatars on this site...I knew I read something somewhere on that. I just did a test and yeh it works.....I do not know why its not working for Shipahoy41

Here is the problem. In the first photo, the water is moving.


In this photo, when I added text, the water does not move.


I am trying to make the second photo with the added text have the water move.
