Seems it would be no diff. than the setup in RV's. I suppose you will need put a trap in the drain, although most RV's don't have traps, but the toilets are special and don't need trap to keep water in the basin. Is this tank gonna be buried or do you have a basement/crawl space? How are you gonna vacate the tank when it is full?

There are all sorts of poly tanks on the market and that's definitely what I would recommend. Remember you will also want to vent the tank somehow.

6" PVC closet flange to mount the toilet plumbed down to the tank. Here's where you might have to do some searching because you will need to connect your PVC to the tank with a bulkhead flange. Seal everything real good. Just my two cents anyway.

Life has many choices, eternity has two...choose wisely.
Unapplied biblical truth is like unapplied paint...how many gallons do you have sittin' around? U.D.
