    Default Direct TV

Anybody have any good or bad about the Direct TV system? I have about had it with Insight and looking for a change. I have had Dish Net. before and they are horrible, getting mixed reviews about Direct though.

We have had Direct TV for about 2 years..We don't ever buy their movies or have any of the HBO, Stars.etc...We do have The HD Receiver and 4 sets..The HD is worth the extra money..I think $10.00 per month..We have the 250+ channels..

We haven't had any technical problems so far...

    Hope this helps..

I've had Dish at the Lake hours for 2 years. No problems. I only get 150 channels. 145 I don't watch.

Only reason I have dish is because they had a better "deal" at that time.

Only extras I have is Fox news so I can watch BECK.

All my neighbors have Direct and they say they have no problems.

I don't like any of them getting to comfortable taking my money.

    I am looking now.

So, does this make ATT a crook? They push Direct TV.

I believe all service providers are somewhat guilty of this trickery stuff, especially the cellphone turds. Read before signing.

I have Direct, and no negative issues other than the fact that the big thunderstorm that interrupts my signal, only happens when the football game I've been waiting all year to see, is about to start!

I guess I'm about to take the plunge, I think Insight is the biggest rip off, and can't stand the customer service. Now I just have to convince the wife.

I agree with Hanr3, Dish has great customer service and if it ever goes out because of a bad storm, its back up soon.........its all i'v ever had so I cant compare, but a few folks at work have recently switched from Direct to Dish
I can only wish to be as good as my dog thinks I am
