Don't get norton 360!!!!!!!We have used it for almost 2 years and started having problems and they wouldn't help resolve it. We had our computer doctor come out and it had 9200 infected viruses. He said N 360 is garbage and downloaded a bunch of programs to run each morning and so far, so good.

I used to use AVG, but switched to Avast, and like it a little more. Avast Free version updates automatically ... not sure if AVG does, or not.
Malwarebytes is also a very good virus removal program. I'd have it, even if I didn't have any of the others.

Currently using Avast, Malwarebytes, and AdAware ... !! (no conflicts between them)

You can get any/all of the free downloads, of antivirus programs, at Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

My provider, Comcast, gives the McAfee Security Suite as part of the package, so I use the McAfee Virus program. I also use Malwarebytes AND Ad-Aware. Haven't had a problem since I began to use these.
