    Default Christmas Cards For Soldiers....

When doing your Christmas cards this year, take one card and send it to the address below. Think of how many cards these wonderful people who have sacrificed so much would get. Please send to: A Recovering American Soldier c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW Washington , D.C. 20307-5001. PLEASE RE-POST!!

    WHAT A GREAT IDEA !!!!!

Yeah! You're right. They need all the encouragement and recognition they deserve. I'm on board for that.

Thanks for the info, I'll be proud to send a card. I'll spread this address around here in Tennessee, too.

    Default I'm all for that

    Great thought MaryLou!
Count me in on this one!!!!
Many of my friends were in the Viet Nam era and it makes me
sick when I think how they were treated coming home. Let's NEVER
go there again. If it weren't for the young folks in service, I might not
enjoy retirement! Regardless how you feel about war, police actions,
or whatever you want to call it it was not the people in service that
started it, yet they are willing to give their lives for the rest of us, think about that while you're eating your steak or watching football or any of the gazillion things we are able to do because of them!!!!
