    Default Abundance of Fishing Snacks

Wife and I have just loaded the last batch of venison in the dehydrator. Have been drying jerky all week. Made cracked pepper n garlic, Sweet n spicy, and original hickory. Electric bill may be high this month but it will be worth it when fishing. Anyone see's a grey n black Triton VT-17 on Weiss, Wilson, Wheeler, or Guntersville in the coming months, stop by n ask for Roy and sample some of the jerky: )

Did two whole deer except the loin and neckroast's. Buck was 190 live and doe was 120 live so approximately 80lbs to start. The pic is exluding the 2 gallon bags i have given to co-workers , the load in dehydrator, and what ive eaten.

That's awesome, rc. I have the bad habit of eating jerky (deer, beef, all of it) like it's potato chips... Just can't quit eating it after the first piece

That looks YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have one of the old Pophiel dehydrators and it still works really good but gotta get one with the fan in it to cut down on curing time.

I know what you mean by can't stop after stopping.
