    Default Electric Cars

Where they gonna put all the highly toxic lithium-ion batteries that will go bad. Looks to me like someone is just trading one problem for another.

Lotta folks got their thumb in the pie on these electric cars.

discharging, puncturing and soaking the cells in salt water effectively make the cells inert based on what I've learned using the cells in RC Helicopters.

That's the disposal method I learned anyway..

Those poly batteries are explosive devices. Ask Sony. Charging is critical. You setting on a 1000 pound bomb. Not to say the gasoline isn't as explosive.
I smell wieners somewhere in this new car deal.

I doubt you can repair depleted lithium. But, not all is lost. Ima betting some "head" will discover a practical use for used ion batteries. Heads are entrepreneurs extraordinaire.
