Water Czar?

Anybody seen this feller? This is the TVA Czar that walks on water. Been waiting 6 weeks on him to show up and take the "before" picture. I called the TVA office. Had to dial "1" three times and finally found someone who understood primer English. The lady told me that the Czar was at the lake walking around somewhere. Probably out with a guide and got lost.:rolleyes:

My neighbor had the same problem down here South of I40. Took a long time to get a 5 minute visit from "the CZAR". It ended up good but just took a while. What else would you expect here in TN? haha!!
