Thread: Powerhouse end of Weiss

I grew up around Pine Cone and until last summer we never had a boat - just fished off the pier. Anybody have any luck down on that end? What to try and where?

P.S. Are ya'll referring to the Powerhouse end when you say "lower lake"?

I don't know about other guys on here, but when I refer to the lower lake, I am referring to anywhere from Hog Island all the way down to Powerhouse. I have fished Powerhouse only a fair amount for crappie. There are definitely some good spots down there. However I've done alot more bass fishing out there around the islands. I'm sure if you search around down there you will find some crappie!
