I went for a couple hours after work today. Since time was limited I just fished off the back of dads houseboat. I kept 7. Caught them on minnows, 3' deep in 8' of water.

heard any catching fish in Frileys or Walker Co shoals?

I fished with a guy today who caught 22 in Frileys last thursday but we did'nt get that far down today. Maybe we should have. We only kept 10. I think bad wheather had them (or us) out of sink today.

10:4 Caught 6 crappie and 9 bass on minnows upriver toward Lost creek Saturday with the kids. Went back Sunday PM Kept 11 nice ones mostly Females. Finding them less than afoot away from the weeds with minnows. Seems like things are gettin right!

Alabamacat that is interesting because I caught as many bass and more keepers than crappie on minnows Sat. and I was up river from Lost creek. Hum I bet we saw one another. I was in a tan G3 w/ a 115 evinrude.

I spoke with a buddy of mine he said that Bass tournament Sat. 4th or 5th place sack was over 19lbs. So the bass were feeding. I was in a Blue BassCat Im sure we saw yall.

I didnt know about a bass tournament, I thought it was a boat race. Ha Ha. I hope I can make it Saturday maybe I can get enough honey do's done so I can go 3 in a row. I wonder,,,, just maybe she would like to go fishing. I've talked to 2 other guys catching them near the weeds.
