Question Questions about "Fresh and High water"

I have been trying to get out for the second time this year.Missed a good chance last Sat.Now the weather has changed.Received lots of rain last night.(2")The fish were starting to move shallow a couple of weeks ago.Caught some shallow and some deep. After this upset where do you suggest I start tommorrow? Will be fishing in Alabama river below Millers Ferry.Creek mouths and coves.Any and all suggestions welcome.

Should have stayed home. Not!Lots of muddy river and creeks.Creeks and coves muddier than river.Trolled 2 lakes, about 3 hrs. each. Not a single bite.Used minnows and jigs and combos.Lots of small shad!!!!Makes for tough going.Marked alot of fish at all creek mouths.Too much current. Will return later.

Try pullin with corks, set jigs at different depths above the fish and see what happens.

Default Pullin 6 poles with corks

Thats one thing I did try.Used everything I had and tipped with minnows.Probably just a function of muddy water.Water looked like coffee with lots of creamer.Lots of fresh muddy water = empty live well.Still enjoyed time on water.Seen 2 boats allday=Quiet Time.
