Thread: logan info

I'll be on logan martin thurs fri and sat ...any info will be appreciated...

Looks like no one is fishing on Logan Martin or they are wearing them out and don't want to tell.

I think there is a crappie tournament at Lakeside this Saturday 03/01/08) but I could be wrong.

I'll probably go on Sunday. I have a lot of stuff going on at work and have not been able to take off this year so far. I did sneak off one Saturday though.

There is a Crappie USA tournament there this weekend. I have not fished down there lately but this link will take you to the Crappiemasters results from last Saturday (http://www.crappiemasters.net/publish/article_199.shtml). Maybe this will help a little.

i fished logan on2/16/08.we fished about 5 or 6 hours.we had 34 all on jigs. allon ledges in front of peirs. they were about 18 ft .deep. we had to fish really really slow. i hope this helps.

wow i looked at the crappie master results they really catch the big ones.it looks like they catch limits of 2 lbers. i may catch 3 or 4 a year. i guess i still have lots to learn.
