Default Fish week starts Monday / Pulling crankbaits?

I'm taking off work next week and my son is out of school for fall break. We're heading out at daylight Monday morning and going to shoot some docks. I bought some crankbaits from Grizzly and I want to give it a try. I don't have any rod holders on the boat yet but might try to put a couple on the back before Monday. Even if I don't, we may try a little trolling and just hold one rod each for a while. I'm sure that will wear us out pretty quick, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.

What speed do you pull cranks? Any other tips?

'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6

I troll cranks between 1.6 to 2.2 depending on how they want them.
