Neely Henry Crappie Tournament

There will be a 1/2 day crappie tournament on Neely Henry Lake on Thursday June 8th. Sign up and weigh in at Rainbow Landing. Sign up from 5:00 till 5:30. Fish from 6:00 till 12:00 and weigh in from 12:00 till 1:00. Gary Kendrick is tournament director. Coosa River Crappie Club rules. Entry fee is $50.00 with 100% pay back. I have a wedding to attend on the 10th in Kentucky, not for sure when I'm heading up that way yet, if I'm around I'm in.

For anyone on Neely Henry, be safe out there. There is a lot of stuff floating on the river. I saw logs up to 20 feet long out there yesterday. Was also told water patrol is writing tickets for not having kill switch attached so lets all do it right and be around to enjoy another day.

Due to water conditions with all the rain the tournament has been postponed until Friday June 16th.
