Work has drug us away from working on cabin so it has progressed slowly. I've hired a framing crew to finish it out. Should be in dry in two weeks now.

Oh WOW......haven't even got it in the dry and my real estate agent calls to stop work on pier because I have an offer coming in and they want to design the pier. Moving faster than I thought on selling looks like. They are saying they want to dictate the colors and such now.
