Have you ever seen a kayak spider rigging 6 rods? I don't even have to get it registered!

Fishing in a boat is rough enough on my back, thanks Roger.

I wish someone had the ball's to get rid of the futures market on oil prices.Used to speculators would have to put the money up front now they don't .

Its not any better here in NC!!!!!! Filled up the truck and boat this morning, 170:00, 48 gal. This sucks, 1/3 of my income goes to fuel, something has got to change!!!!!!

I too have back issues. My kayak has a good backrest and support. If I tried fishing in an old flat bottom boat with a bench seat like I did as a kid I would not be able to get out of bed for a week! By the way, I agree on the gas. I drive a SUV that gets about 15 miles to the gallon.

fished for a long time from a Stratos bass boat, could not stand the gas prices, costing me 50 to 75 dollars a week for gas and i just fished for the enjoyment, stopped any tornament fishing, traded the big boat for a smaller boat with a 50 on it, fished for 3 weeks on $15 dollars worth of gas and enjoyed every minute of it. and i still do as much fishing for bass, crappie, cats and stripers as i ever did or more.
