Thanks for the hardy welcome. I'm living mostly in Ga and spending all the time I can on lake Weiss learning the art of catching. I recently became semi retired, sold the Piper and invested in fishing. We have a lake lot on Cowan creek and have found quite a few slabs there (shooting docks). I haven't wandered too far from Cowan but looking forward to learning the other parts of Weiss. Seems everytime I venture out I run aground or into something so I've gotta figure out how to get to Brushy, Riverside, Bay springs and other hot spots without tearing the boat apart.......I'm sure I will find my way and be just fine.
Thanks for all the great info and looking forward to nabbin some slabs.
Go ahead crappie slab...........Make my day!!!!
