First of all if Saban could not win the big games, he would not have a national championship under his belt. Anyone with any sense knows what happened in the Utah game last year. We had a lot to happen at the end of the season that disrupted the whole team. Even a lot of the true sports people after the Utah game felt like Utah still was not that good. Look where they ranked them in the preseason. Another thing too, nobody expected Bama to be as good as they were and are so fast. Saban is a good coach. Nobody is a perfect coach, just look at Pete C. at USC, he has had the best talent for years and always seems to lose a game, it is football and sometimes even the best teams get beat. As far as coach Saban being an a-hole, if you can't handle the pressure, go coach for the wannabees. If we lose a coach, Saban will replace him. We will continue winning games. Roll Tide

I don't know this guy from Jack and only this year have I watched any Alabama football for a LONG time. Anyway as I said, I could not believe the way he went off on that kid. A coach is supposed to be more than some ranting idiot when things don't go the right way. That is how you instill character in your players and your team by your own example of self control and respect for all your players and your coaches. I am not a fan at all of the loudmouth coaches who demean their own in order to cover up their own personal behavior problems. That guy has a problem.

Why haven't the mods moved this to right area? Thought this was a fishin forum.
