I've never fished Second Creek and First Creek for crappie this time of year. I'm taking my Dad on Sunday and he is suggesting the mouth of Second Creek where the water is deep and (he says) the crappie are plentiful this time of the year. Has anyone had any luck at Second Creek or First Creek recently for crappie? What would anyone suggest for bait and strategy for these creeks?
